Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Caduo account from the app. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

Delete in the Caduo app

  1. Open Caduo and go to your profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Account, then Delete account.
  4. Review the information shown and confirm deletion.
Cannot access the app?

Email admin@psychtrack.com.au from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Caduo account deletion request”. We will ask for limited information needed to verify the request.

What deletion does

Deletion closes your account and begins removal or de-identification of your profile, photos, discovery activity, matches, and account information from active systems. Messages already delivered may remain visible to their recipients in limited form where needed to preserve conversation integrity or safety records.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, charge records, safety investigations, dispute resolution, or enforcing our Terms. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until they cycle out under our retention processes.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Caduo account does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription. To avoid future renewal, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Caduo → Cancel Subscription.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. You will lose matches and message history, and they cannot be restored. If you only want a break, use discovery or notification controls in the app instead.
